Returns & Refunds

At OKLA SWEDEN, we strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, you have the right to return your item(s) under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to return any garment.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the garment must:

  • Be in the same condition as it was when received.

  • Not be used, washed, or damaged in any way.

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories, if applicable.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info.oklasweden@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item or defective product).

Refunds

Once you contact us and your item is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm its condition and proceed with the refund process. To issue a refund, we will request additional information such as Payment method details.

Refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days of approving the return. The amount will be refunded using the payment method we prefer, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the required conditions or is received outside the allowed return window.

At OKLA SWEDEN, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently. Below we outline the terms and conditions of our shipping process.

Shipping Methods

We work with various national and international shipping providers to ensure the best possible service depending on your location, the nature of the product, and current logistics conditions. The carrier may vary depending on destination, availability, or operational criteria.

Delivery Times

We guarantee delivery within 24 to 48 business hours, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The order has been confirmed and paid.

  • The shipping address is within mainland Spain.

  • The delivery does not fall on a weekend or a national/local public holiday.

  • There are no extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, strikes, customs delays, or force majeure events).

Delivery times are always calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 14:00h (CET) are typically processed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 14:00h, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we ship to: Mainland Spain.

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or international destinations, please contact us in advance at info.oklasweden@gmail.com to confirm availability and estimated delivery times. We warn you that fees for international shipments will vary.

Packaging

All orders are packed using appropriate protective materials to ensure they arrive in good condition. If you receive a damaged package or suspect damage during transport, please contact us immediately at info.oklasweden@gmail.com with your order details and supporting photographs.
